Library Interface and Agent Interaction

Detailed description:

We are working with UK libraries to document existing coding, granularity and metadata within the partcipants' systems. The next step will be to explore the inclusion of an identifying code in the existing Supply Chain from libraries to agents. It is also important for the pilot to know how library ILS / ERM systems and their vendors can be involved in determining and resolving possible blockades in the Journal Supply Chain. We are working with a group of libraries  representing a cross section of customers throughout the UK. A initial meeting with a number of UK librarians is being organised.
